Winder vibration

winder vibration may cause slower than desired operating speeds, and may lead to roll throwouts

To identify the source of winder vibration, the frequency of the vibration must be related to winder roll speed, to the set rotational speed, and sometimes to the parent reel rotational speed. Spectrum-Tec can provide these services.
